When are you open?

In general we are here and answering the phone Monday – Friday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. We’re closed on holidays and weekends. To reach a customer service representative during store hours, please email [email protected] or call at 812-834-5691.

How fast will my order arrive?

Almost all orders go out the day after you place them. Please allow an extra day when t-shirts must be printed. We almost always ship by USPS.

What about sales tax?

We follow the law for your area. Currently that means we only need to collect 7% on purchases delivered to an address in Indiana. If you are purchasing for an LSA, please include your tax exempt number and we will refund anything charged for tax.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes, if the country you need doesn’t come up as a place we have shipped to before, please contact us and we’ll add that location to the appropriate site.
